Dear friends of LOFT008,
LOFT008 Art Expression is pleased to collaborate with Sébastien Le Clef and Hellen Jansen for a new presentation unfolding within its private space in Tongeren-Borgloon.
Working primarily with marker and ink on paper, Sébastien Le Clef constructs dense graphic compositions in which fragmented figures, symbolic forms and rhythmic structures continuously emerge and dissolve.
Hellen Jansen develops paintings that transform familiar places into silent and psychologically charged atmospheres shaped by artificial light, distance and the suggestion of unseen narratives.
The presentation will gradually unfold from Thursday, 28 May onwards.

Through collaborations with Belgian and international artists, LOFT008 develops evolving presentations where contemporary art, architecture and atmosphere interact closely.
Painting, drawing, sculpture and installation are presented within a setting that encourages direct encounters with the works through privately arranged visits
